Mrs Patel: “The students and Netty were absolutely amazing – they deserve three Michelin stars as the food and service were of exceptional quality!!!!!!”
Mrs Palmer: “It was absolutely fantastic. We would have paid a lot of money for that quality of food and service in a restaurant.”
Mr Wiseman: “I thoroughly enjoyed the event. The food was really nice and the service was top quality. There was a really calm atmosphere in the kitchen and it was clear that the students has worked effectively.”
Mrs Pratt: “The Hospitality students working with Annette Alesbrook (Catering Manager) delivered a superb 3 course meal for staff before a Post 16 Parents Evening, towards their Hospitality qualification. They coupled fantastic food as young professionals. Front of house skills in seating and looking after the diners were also well thought through. Personally I am very proud of their achievement.”
