Leeds College of Art – Open Days 2014/2015

If you are a student wishing to apply to study Medicine or Dentistry for entry in 2015 (or deferred entry in 2016) there is a requirement to take the UK Clinical Aptitude Test (UKCAT) this summer.  Please note the key dates below :

The test is offered at a choice of over 150 UK high street test centres and over 400 testing centres worldwide. The closing date for registering to take this test is 19 September 2014. However, due to high demand, students should register to take this test immediately in order to ensure that they get a test slot at their chosen test centre.

The 24 University Medical and Dental schools that require candidates to take this test as part of their admissions process are as follows:

To help students prepare for this test, we have created a Candidate Preparation Toolkit. This includes an Official Guide, Practice Tests, a Practice Test App (for iPhone and Android) and a Candidate Video that shares advice from former UKCAT candidates.



For 2014 we have also produced an Adviser Toolkit for schools and colleges. This contains the UKCAT Official Guide, a poster and leaflet plus a presentation and tutorial to help you advise and prepare students who might be sitting the test.
